With more than 30 years in the culinary sector, Chef Mike has taken the culinary world by storm. He has worked in every sector;  Academia, Fine Dining and Michelin Starred Restaurants, 24 Hour Multi-Unit Breakfast Establishments, from Country & Business Clubs to providing Personal and Private Chef Services. Chef Mike currently serves as the Exec Chef and Co-Founder of Growing Gourmet Cooking Academy and as the Dietary Chef of Wellness.  

 

Having lived in every region within the US, in 2009 while filming a pilot for Fine Living Network, he decided to make Silicon Valley his home. 

 

Chef Mike created a concept an opened a restaurant in the heart of Silicon Valley, OG SLIDERS (Organic Food & Gourmet Burgers). Using only the best, sustainably and locally grown and harvested produce and meat, he quickly became a local favorite. Prior to the dissolution of his partnership with the co partner, OG Sliders was invited to bid for participation in Super Bowl 2016 held in Santa Clara, CA 

 

Chef Mike's career highlights include feeding an extensive list of notables such as: His Highness the Dalai Lama, Former General Colin Powell and Maya Angelou. However, he has found that his greatest passion is helping other restaurateur's with the challenge of making great food...profitable. 

Chef Mike has been married for over 20 years to the love of his life and business partner. He is a father of four and soon to be an empty nester. He currently owns and operates 5 Streams Consulting, OG Dessert SF and Willow Street Catering.  Chef Mike is a life learner and is currently pursuing his Master's Degree in Public Health and Business Administration.
